• Copy of Title and Sub-division Plan OR Section 32 / Contract of Sale
• Estate Development Guidelines and/or Requirements
• A Brief of works – which may consist of:

1. Photos
2. Magazine Clippings
3. Own Sketches
4. Dwelling/Project Size
5. Project Budget
6. Anything else you may consider as relevant

Before you chose your Project Designer.

Consider that the development your are about to embark on could be the biggest financial step in your life so choosing the right Designer should be based more than just the first quote.
